Pilot status: live FMCSA carrier checks are not connected. Authority and insurance evidence must be reviewed manually before dispatch.

Carrier fraud prevention, built in

Four ways to keep every booking decision visible.

Every workflow keeps the source, the exception, and the operator decision visible. Carrier identity verification lives inside the booking workflow instead of becoming another tab.

Review gate

Nothing saves blind

Imported fields stay in a review step so the broker confirms the lane, dates, and money before the load is created.

Decision control

Evidence, not verdicts

Risk signals inform the assignment. The broker keeps authority and the decision remains visible in the load history.

Shipment record

Proof follows the load

Rate con, BOL, POD, invoice, and status history remain attached to the same operational record.

Closeout

Exceptions stay obvious

Missing documents and billing readiness are queue states, not details hidden in an email thread.

As easy as 1-2-3

From rate con to paid invoice

1

Import the load

Upload a rate con or create the lane in seconds. Money and equipment fields land ready to review.

2

Vet the carrier

Risk grade, authority, insurance, and open alerts appear before you assign — not after the truck rolls.

3

Dispatch with proof

Collect POD/BOL, invoice with margin, and package factoring evidence from one load file.

05

Invoice with evidence

Built around the load

Verification matters most when it is part of the booking workflow.

01

Rate con import without retyping

Drop a rate confirmation into the load desk, review the extracted lane and money fields, then save the load with the source document attached.

02

Carrier verification that blocks the booking

See the latest FMCSA authority check, carrier identity status, insurance evidence, and fraud signals before assignment. A blocked or held result stops booking; missing COI evidence is flagged for review.

03

One file for the whole shipment

Keep rate cons, onboarding docs, PODs, BOLs, receipts, and status history tied to the load instead of chasing email threads.

Positioning

The gate and the TMS, in one tool.

LoadVetter keeps the carrier decision, the load, and the supporting documents in one workflow. A failed or stale verification stops assignment until it is reviewed; missing insurance evidence stays visible as a warning.

The handoffs that matter

One load record from intake to closeout.

Intake

Rate con to reviewed load

Drop the source document, check the extracted details, and keep that original beside the load.

Execution

Carrier decision to dispatch

See carrier risk, assignment, driver access, and shipment progress without leaving the load workspace.

Closeout

POD to invoice packet

Surface missing proof, prepare the invoice, and export a complete packet from the shipment record.

Questions brokers ask

Frequently asked questions

What is LoadVetter?

LoadVetter is a transportation management system (TMS) for small and mid-sized U.S. freight brokers. It combines load management with built-in carrier verification, so brokers can import rate confirmations, vet carriers, dispatch, and invoice from one workflow instead of switching between a TMS and a separate carrier-vetting tool.

How does LoadVetter prevent double-brokering and freight fraud?

LoadVetter checks carrier authority, verification freshness, identity status, and known COI expiry in the booking workflow. A failed or stale critical check holds or blocks assignment for review. Missing COI evidence is a warning, not proof of coverage or an automatic block. These controls reduce exposure; no software can guarantee fraud prevention.

Does LoadVetter verify FMCSA authority and carrier insurance?

When the FMCSA connection is configured, LoadVetter queries operating authority by USDOT or MC number and re-checks carriers on a schedule. It tracks expiry dates from uploaded certificates of insurance; it does not confirm coverage directly with insurers. Missing evidence is a warning, while recorded expired insurance or lost authority can raise a hold that blocks the load workflow.

Is LoadVetter a TMS or a carrier-vetting tool?

Both. Unlike standalone vetting services that live in a separate tab, LoadVetter puts carrier risk — grade, authority, insurance, identity, and open alerts — directly inside the load workflow. The broker sees the risk signal before assigning freight, and every decision stays recorded in the load history.

Who is LoadVetter for?

LoadVetter is built for small and mid-sized freight brokerages that want modern, fast software without a legacy enterprise TMS. It fits brokers who move loads daily, need to vet carriers to avoid fraud, and want loads, documents, carrier risk, and billing to stay in one operational record.

How much does LoadVetter cost?

LoadVetter access is reviewed before registration. Approved brokerages receive a 14-day trial. Current monthly plans are Starter ($99, 25 manual carrier checks), Growth ($249, 100 checks), and Pro ($499, unlimited checks). The free public carrier check is available without an account; full brokerage access requires approval.

Can LoadVetter import rate confirmations automatically?

Yes. Drop a rate confirmation into the load desk and LoadVetter extracts the lane, dates, equipment, and money fields for review. The broker confirms the details, the load is created, and the original rate confirmation stays attached to the shipment record alongside BOLs, PODs, and invoices.

How does carrier risk-gating work in LoadVetter?

LoadVetter evaluates each carrier against always-on safety gates and any custom broker rules. A block or hold outcome stops assignment until an authorized user records an override with a reason. Overrides are scoped to the exact risks reviewed, so a newly appearing risk — like lapsed insurance — re-opens the gate automatically.

Ready when the next load hits the desk.

Keep load intake, carrier evidence, documents, and billing readiness in one workflow.
