If LoadVetter isn't a fit, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first payment on a plan; contact us if you have questions about a later renewal.

Who handles refunds

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all LoadVetter orders and processes all payments and refunds on our behalf. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle. See our Terms of Service for the full Merchant of Record disclosure.

How to request a refund

• Request a refund directly through Paddle, using the receipt or confirmation email Paddle sent you at purchase, or
• Email [email protected] with your account email and order details, and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Most refunds are processed within a few business days of approval, though your bank or card issuer may take longer to post the credit.
