LoadVetter ("we", "us") provides freight risk and load operations software for brokerages. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the LoadVetter application and related services.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, brokerage profile, and team membership.
- Operational data: loads, carriers, documents, risk evaluations, invoices, and audit events you create in the product.
- Technical data: authentication sessions, IP addresses used for rate limiting, and basic application logs needed to operate the service.
- Optional integrations: credentials and sync metadata you configure for accounting, TMS, or notification providers.
How we use information
- Provide carrier verification, load workflow, document vault, and billing features.
- Enforce multi-tenant isolation and security controls.
- Send transactional email (sign-in links, alerts, rate confirmations, factoring packets).
- Improve reliability, detect abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data with subprocessors only as needed to run the product (for example hosting, email delivery, identity verification, object storage, and payment processors), under contractual confidentiality and security terms. Billing is handled by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all LoadVetter orders and, as our payment-processing subprocessor, receives the billing information needed to run checkout, manage subscriptions, and process refunds.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and operational records for the life of the brokerage subscription and as required for legal, security, and audit purposes. Brokerage owners may request export or deletion of their workspace data by contacting support.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; see our Security page for controls overview.
