LoadVetter is operated by the operator of LoadVetter ("LoadVetter", "we", "us"). By accessing or using LoadVetter, you agree to these terms. If you use LoadVetter on behalf of a brokerage or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Service description

LoadVetter is decision-support software for freight brokerages. It helps organize loads, carriers, documents, risk signals, and finance packets. LoadVetter is not a carrier, broker of record, or insurer, and does not itself make legal compliance determinations for your business.

Accounts and acceptable use

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You may not attempt to bypass multi-tenant isolation, rate limits, or security controls.
• You may not upload malware or unlawful content, or use the service to commit fraud.
• You are responsible for decisions your team records in the product, including overrides.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans, verification quotas, and trial periods are described in the product billing surface. When a trial ends without a paid plan, write actions may be restricted as configured in the application. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Customer data

You retain ownership of the operational data you submit. You grant LoadVetter a limited license to process that data solely to provide and secure the service. See our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". RISK SCORES, FMCSA-DERIVED SIGNALS, OCR EXTRACTION, AND COMPLIANCE GATES ARE DECISION-SUPPORT TOOLS AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL ADVICE OR A GUARANTEE AGAINST FRAUD, CARGO THEFT, OR REGULATORY LIABILITY. See the decision-support disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoadVetter and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or freight-related losses arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, or unpaid invoices. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive termination.
